Tips:

How to Use:

Back & Shoulders: Lie back on the roller with it placed under your upper spine. Gently roll up and down using your legs to control motion.

Hamstrings & Quads: Sit or lie with the roller under your legs, then slowly roll back and forth to massage tight spots.

IT Band & Outer Thighs: Lie on your side with the roller under your hip, rolling gently toward your knee.

Calves & Glutes: Place the roller under your calves or glutes and gently roll to release tension.

Repeat on both sides, and adjust pressure by using your hands or legs to support your weight.
